The Urban Resource Initiative’s Tree Planting Internship will begin on September 14th this year and will require 9 Sound School students and at least 4 alternates to work this season. This is a paid internship that involves planting trees at various sites in the City of New Haven for 11 Saturdays this fall, with payment as a lump sum at the end of the season. This opportunity is open to all students regardless of class level. See Neil Geist in Foote 725 to sign up or for more information.

Homework Center will be open all four days this week. Today, we will be open from 2:30pm-4pm, and on exam days we will be open from 12:15pm-2:30pm.
Friday 6/12 – Half Day - CDEF
All students will be returning Chromebooks and chargers on Monday, June 15th.
Seniors will turn in both their devices and their Yondr pouches to Melissa during English class on Monday.
Seniors: make sure you do not have this obligation outstanding, so graduation day can go off smoothly.
9th, 10th and 11th graders will return Chromebooks and chargers to their B period teachers on Monday. You may make a request to keep your Chromebook until the end of exams in special circumstances, but you still must bring in your Chromebook on Monday the 15th so your B period teachers can check them in and collect them before any redistribution.
Yondr pouches for 9th, 10th and 11th graders will be collected at the end of the B period exam on Thursday.
Replacement costs for missing or damaged devices and charges will be charged to students who do not return both Chromebook and chargers.
