Morning Homework Center is open from 7:15 to 7:55, upstairs in Thomas. Just enter through the back, up the ramp. You can come and get help with your homework or even the day's schedule. Whatever you need. Afternoon Homework Center will start soon and we will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:00pm.
Come volunteer with the Sound School Rowing at the Guilford Fair- Sunday Sept 21!!!!
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Shifts available — you don’t have to stay the whole day!), all students welcomed

Attention all members of the sailing team and anyone who might be interested in joining the sailing team: our first meeting will be this coming Wednesday after school in Thomas 424 (Ellen's Room). After a safety review and some administrative details, we will start setting up boats. We will be finished by 4:30. If you have any interest in joining the team, come and see what it's about. No commitment required for the first two weeks. If you're interested and can't make it Wednesday, come Thursday - same time, same place.
Starting Wednesday 9/10, RETURNING members of Environmental Justice Program will be meeting in Foote 761 after school from 2:45-4:00pm, and Wednesdays after that. If you have any questions, please ask Chuck, Nick Bergeron, or Karin Busk.
Want to learn how to sail in a non-competitive environment? Come sail with the afterschool Sharpie program! Learn to sail a Sharpie while meeting new people and chilling on the water in a social setting. Sharpie Sailing is having its first meeting on Wednesday, September 10th and Thursday, September 11th from 2:45 to 4 pm in Mr. Fuchs' room in Thomas 425. If you want to Sharpie sail but cannot make the meeting, see either Michele Fucci or Mr. Fuchs for a permission slip. Hope to see you there!
The URI Tree Planting Internship is recruiting students to plant trees on Saturday’s through the fall. This is a PAID internship and begins on September 13 and ends November 22. See Neil Geist in Foote 725 for more information, to sign up and to receive the required paperwork.

The Sound School Mum Sale is back, and we have a wonderful selection of vibrant mums available for purchase. There are two new color options for the 8.5” mums also, Pink and White. Mums are a great way to brighten your home or garden this season while supporting Sound Blooms: Plant Technology Department.
